Alan 'Al' Jardine (born September 3, 1942) is an American guitarist, vocalist and songwriter who sang lead on the No. 1 single "Help Me, Rhonda" and co-wrote material on albums including Holland, Surf’s Up and Sunflower. He released the solo album A Postcard from California (2010) featuring numerous guest artists and continues to perform solo touring shows that spotlight his catalog and storytelling set.
