Bill Callahan is an American singer-songwriter who recorded for many years under the name Smog before releasing work under his own name; he has been on the Drag City label since the 1990s. Emerging from a lo-fi home-recording background, his baritone voice and songwriting have received broad critical acclaim and placements in series like Wild Wild Country and Station Eleven. Recent solo albums include YTI?A?? (2022) and My Days of 58 (2026).
