Bobbi Wilsyn is a veteran jazz vocalist who has performed nationally and internationally and has appeared with ensembles including Bill Russo's Chicago Jazz Ensemble and the Chicago Jazz Orchestra. She served on the voice faculty at Columbia College (later conferred Professor Emerita) and was the 2018 recipient of a Black Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement in jazz. Wilsyn leads Bobbi Wilsyn & Company in concert programs and has released recordings including 'It's About Time' (2001).
