Formed in 2017, Catch Your Breath released their debut single "Burn" and followed with several singles over the next years. They broke through in 2022 with the singles "Shame on Me" and "Dial Tone" (the latter reached No. 7 on Billboard's Hot Hard Rock) and released their debut studio album Shame on Me in October 2023 via Thriller Records.
