Robin Daniel Skinner performs as Cavetown and began releasing music on YouTube and Bandcamp in 2012–2013. He released the breakthrough album Lemon Boy in 2018, later signed to Sire Records, and released his sixth studio album Running with Scissors in January 2026. Cavetown has built a large online following, has co-written/produced for other artists, and has completed multiple sold-out international tours.
