Charming Disaster started more or less by accident in August 2012 when Ellia caught Jeff's band playing in a bar one night. Her (possibly drunken) suggestion that they try co-writing songs together snowballed rapidly, until an entire album's worth of material had been created (along with an array of related art projects). Charming Disaster continues to spin out of control, gaining momentum like a car with no brakes speeding down a steep hill.
