Fourth of July

Comprised of two sets of siblings, Fourth of July make rollicking folk rock out of intimate tales of relationships in disarray and the alternately intoxicating and suffocating bubble of midwestern college-town life. A longtime local fixture of the Lawrence/KC music scene, the band is currently putting the finishing touches on their new record produced by Chris Crisci of Old Canes and Appleseed Cast. This will make their third full-length album, following up two previously released by Range Life Records, "Fourth Of July On The Plains" (2007) and "Before Our Hearts Explode!" (2010).
