Formed in the mid-2010s, Initiate released a demo (2016), the cassette Before Long... (2018) and the Lavender EP (2020) before issuing their 2023 album Cerebral Circus on Triple B Records. The band has toured extensively, recorded an Audiotree session, and received coverage from outlets such as Stereogum and BrooklynVegan.
