Jeff Moyer is a longtime disability-rights activist and songwriter who composed "The ADA Anthem" and performed it at a U.S. Senate reception following the ADA's passage. He has written hundreds of songs, produced albums for hospice and children, published the memoir Grit: A Family Memoir (2016), and released the EP Listening With My Heart in 2025.
