Kayla Ray independently released her first all-original album in 2014 and has since put out multiple independent records while building a ten-year touring history. Her label debut, The World's Weight, was released June 7, 2024 via Average Joes Entertainment, and she also co-writes with established Nashville songwriters such as Mark Irwin, Erin Enderlin, Liz Hengber, and Keesy Timmer.
