No Cure released a debut EP in 2022 and built momentum through DIY touring and steady releases. The band signed to SharpTone Records and issued the EP I Hope I Die Here (released December 6, 2024). In September 2024 vocalist Blaythe Steuer and bassist Jake Murnane were stabbed while breaking up a fight; both recovered and the band resumed activity.
