Palmetto Motel is the touring backing band for guitarist and singer Duane Betts. The ensemble (including Johnny Stachela, Pedro Arevalo and Vince Fossett Jr., among others) has backed Betts on his 2023 solo album Wild & Precious Life and toured nationally, with appearances at venues and festivals and a debut at the Grand Ole Opry. The name is used in billing as "Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel" for his solo touring project.
