Formed in 1996 and active through the turn of the century, The 1985 released two LPs (Nerve Eighty and Obscured by Pink Clouds) and several singles on small independent labels. After the group stopped performing, several members went on to other projects; archival recordings and live releases are available on their Bandcamp page.
