Founded in 1999 by Bruce Soord as his personal studio project, The Pineapple Thief later expanded into a full band and has issued a long catalog of studio, live and compilation releases. The group signed to the Kscope label in 2008 and has toured internationally, releasing multi-format live films and EPs. Gavin Harrison (drums) has been a high-profile contributor to the band’s recent lineup and recordings.
