Formed in 2021 by comedian?songwriter Calvin Rezen, Thesaurus Rex features Calvin Rezen (vocals/guitar), Varun Jhunjhunwalla (guitar), Dan MacDonald (drums) and Jordan Kerr (bass). The band self-released the debut Greatest Hits in 2025, followed by Buy Your Time in 2026, sold out a Bowery Ballroom show in 2025 and has toured venues across the U.S. East Coast and Midwest.
