Underscores is the stage name of April Harper Grey, an American producer and singer-songwriter who began releasing music as a teenager. She released the debut album Fishmonger (2021) and the acclaimed concept album Wallsocket (2023), staged an ARG-driven rollout for Wallsocket, toured (including opening for 100 gecs) and later signed with Mom+Pop; her third studio album, U, arrived in 2026.
