Illinois raised magician and illusionist Bill Blagg brings Family Magic to the George Van Dusen Theatre on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 2 p.m.
Inspired by the magic books he received from his great grandfather, Blagg combines visual illusions, comedy, storytelling and audience participation in an interactive experience for children and adults. Prepare for an afternoon filled with laughter, wonder and astonishing surprises. Members of your family might even become part of the show.
Bill Blagg will also present Science of Magic, a special YouTheatre performance for students in grades 1 through 8, on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 10 a.m. This interactive educational program explores how magicians use science, critical thinking and the scientific method to create illusions.
