Jamaican-born, UK-based composer and pianist Eleanor Alberga is one of today’s most in-demand composers, with commissions from the BBC Proms, The Royal Opera, and more. She joins her husband Thomas Bowes—a leading British violinist who has appeared on over 200 film soundtracks—and the Green Room Ensemble for a performance of her lyrically sumptuous and rhythmically sharp String Quartets Nos. 1–3 and Piano Quintet No. 2.
