Echos is a program presented by playOUT! in observance of Trans Day of Remembrance created in alignment with the organization’s mission to amplify LGBTQIA+ voices in classical music through performance, commissioning, and community partnership.
Cellist J Holzen joins a guest curator for a program that brings together music and reflection shaped by themes of identity, memory, and connection. Echos creates space for multiple perspectives to coexist, inviting audiences into an experience of listening, witnessing, and presence. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Transmasc Society of Chicago.
