Early Bird Mornings

Join us for Early Bird Mornings, a series of members-only hours at the zoo! Early Bird Mornings will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. on the second Saturday of the month from March through October. Ticket reservations will open 60 days before each session. On July 11, Regenstein African Journey will be open to members at 8 a.m. On August 8, Pepper Family Wildlife Center will be open to members at 8 a.m. Special benefits during each event include: Exclusive members-only access to zoo grounds from 8–10 a.m. Free rides on the Endangered Species Carousel and Lionel Train Adventure Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the Member Center 20% discount on Gift Shop purchases For animal care and welfare purposes, most buildings will remain closed until 10 a.m. to respect the routines of animals and keepers. Each Early Bird Morning, a select animal building will be open for members to enjoy. Please reserve your free ticket before each event and bring your member card. Tickets will be scanned at East and West gates for entry. Take Action With Us! Lincoln Park Zoo is collecting items for recycling and reuse. Visit the "Take Action With Us" station to drop off your items in exchange for a magnet or sticker. On July 11, we will be collecting plastic utensils in packs. On August 8, we will be collecting paper grocery bags. On September 12, we will be collecting old cell phones. On October 10, we will be collecting glass jars with lids. Questions?
