# NEW - Free Outdoor Pilates Kick your week off on Monday mornings from 7 to 8 a.m. with a free pilates from Rise Pilates Club ! Rise was designed to be a social wellness club so bring your friends and create community right here at Gallagher Way. A few things to know: - All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class! - Bring your own yoga mat and water. Sweat towel optional.
