# Free dance cardio and sculpt classes at Gallagher Way all summer long!
Friday Funday! Flow with local studio Free Mvmt Shop Friday mornings from 7 to 8 a.m. at Gallagher Way. All levels are welcome!
A few things to know:
- All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class!
- Bring your own yoga mat and water. Sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
- Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
- In the case of inclement weather, check the Gallagher Way Facebook and Instagram for updates.
