Shapel Lacey is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. A diehard punk music fan and former award-winning competitive cheerleader, he has always had passion for self-expression. After making his teammates laugh during practice, his collegiate cheer team dared him to try stand-up and he never looked back. Shapel turns personal chaos into comedy. His material is sharp, honest, and unexpectedly heartwarming, balancing vulnerability with undeniable charm. Currently, he is a paid regular at the world-famous Comedy Store and performs alongside comedians such as Matt Rife, Bill Burr, Bert Kreischer, Trevor Wallace, Bobby Lee, and more. When hes not on stage, hes the frontman for his punk band Mad Peaceful or co-hosting Cooked in the Comments
