Edgewater Branch of the Chicago Public Library is a modern, two?story neighborhood library that opened on June 22, 2013, replacing the former Elmdale Avenue location. The 16,300?square?foot facility features a divisible community meeting room, multiple study rooms, YOUmedia teen space, and extensive public computer access. Set along North Broadway in the Edgewater neighborhood, it hosts regular community programs and is walkable to nearby shops and restaurants.
