We are very excited to partner with Footman Hospitality to transform the awesome Betty space into Emporium Fulton Market. The neighborhood already has some of the best restaurants in the entire world; the city is doing an incredible job revitalizing that corridor; and developers have displayed great vision towards bringing in some really unique new projects. We are honored to take a place among them and try to provide a fun new offering for the people that live and work in the West Loop.
