Kelly Branch of the Chicago Public Library is a neighborhood library serving Englewood, known for community programs and a teen-focused YOUmedia recording studio. Opened on June 24, 1911 and named for benefactor Hiram Kelly, it is the system’s second-oldest branch and was extensively renovated and rededicated on December 7, 1989. The branch offers a welcoming, community-centric atmosphere with a meeting room and youth programming alongside nearby Englewood amenities.
