Multiple official lots (A, B, C, D, H, J, K) surround the arena; lots typically open 2.5 hours before events. Designated rideshare Uber Zone is in Lot E at Madison St & Wood St.

CTA Green Line Damen station is a short walk (about two blocks south and one block east to the arena); Ashland/Lake on the Green & Pink Lines is also within walking distance. CTA bus routes #9 Ashland, #20 Madison, #50 Damen, and #126 Jackson serve the area; Blue Line access is also possible via nearby stations.
