Formed in 2023, FIZZ released their debut studio album The Secret to Life on October 27, 2023, which peaked at number 31 on the UK Albums Chart. The album was recorded over a two-week period at Middle Farm Studios and released via Decca/Universal; the band announced an official hiatus on July 3, 2024.
