The CheckOut is a nonprofit storefront venue for chamber music, cabaret, and jazz operated by Access Contemporary Music, opened in September 2025 in a converted former 7?Eleven. The intimate room presents flexible?seating concerts with a full bar and playful bodega?inspired details, typically accommodating about 60 attendees. Set in Lakeview across from Graceland Cemetery and within walking distance of Wrigleyville, it hosts both performances and community music programs.
