Tutore is a hands-on Italian cooking school founded by chefs Dean Zanella and James De Marte, known for pasta, pizza, and "Sunday at Nonna’s" classes. It opened in 2023 in Avondale at 2755 W Belmont Avenue and later relocated to a new studio at 2349 N Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Park. Classes are intimate and technique-focused, with occasional guest-chef collaborations.
